Bryan L. Ebert, CPA

Bryan has more than 16 years of benefit plan administration experience. Prior to his role in benefit plan administration, Bryan provided corporate and individual tax planning and compliance services to clients. As a consultant, Bryan listens to his clients’ wants and needs to effectively plan, design and draft retirement plan documents that will meet their expectations and goals. He is responsible for the generation of allocation reports, all required compliance testing, contribution calculations (including cross tested plan formulas), tax returns, projections, participant notices and overall plan compliance as required by the IRS and DOL. As a CPA, Bryan is able to represent clients before the Internal Revenue Service and has successfully represented clients involved in IRS retirement plan audits.

Bryan also serves as the Festival Chairperson for Darboy Chickenfest. He has been an event chairperson of the Kiwanis Club of Darboy festival since its inception in 2004. The festival has grown from a very modest size festival to one of the premiere festivals in the Fox Valley Area. Bryan’s duties include obtaining corporate sponsorships, event marketing, bookings (bands/artists/entertainment), the contracting of service providers, and the overall event planning and organizing. Bryan has worked with musical artists and record representatives from several major record labels including Warner Bros., Reprise Records, Atlantic Records, and Universal Music Group.
