In February, Schenck will be hosting a Real Estate & Construction Forum designed for builders, developers, real estate investors and professionals who support the industry. This annual event, in its 15th year, will provide powerful strategies, both conventional and non-traditional, to maximize profits and reduce taxes. There is no charge to attend.
Topics to be covered include tax law changes relating to the real estate and construction industries, opportunities and pitfalls in commercial development, economic stimulus opportunities, and tax updates relating to energy credits, 1031 issues, IRAs and more.
The speakers are leaders of Schenck’s Real Estate & Construction Team, with a combined 50 years of tax planning experience: Ken Zacharias, CPA, Shareholder; Corey Kolbe, CPA, Shareholder; and Chad Zeller, CPA, Manager.
Mark Eppli, Finance Professor and Bell Chair at Marquette University, will provide a keynote presentation at this session.
