Dan’s experience in information systems centers on using information technology to improve business processes and obtain better information for quicker and more informed decision making. It includes system implementation and re-implementation, EDI implementation and custom programmed solutions for manufacturing, construction and service companies.

Dan’s experience in business management is centered on leading companies to improved profitability utilizing a full spectrum approach. Cost cutting alone doesn’t yield long lasting profitability gains. Therefore, Dan orchestrates lean initiatives along with strategy development, structure alignment, cost management, revenue generation, investment for growth, cash management, inventory management, process improvement, internal control and education to sustain profit improvement initiatives. Dan’s vision and analytical abilities allow him to help companies see the future vision and build the road to reach it. His unique ability to conceptualize big picture trends and dig out the detail allows Dan to see trends and fact patterns where most people don’t even see data. Dan’s consulting experience has been with companies of all sizes in many industries both on the production floor and in the support departments, effectively working with production teams, cross-functional teams and executive management teams.
