Dan has more than ten years of experience providing audit and accounting services to a wide variety of businesses and non-profit organizations. His experience includes three years with a Big Four public accounting firm, during which time he worked with numerous manufacturing companies, banks and broker-dealers, hospitals, municipalities, and non-profit organizations. Dan has also had training and experience in both assisting management with Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 implementation as well as auditing companies for compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404. His particular areas of interest include audits of manufacturing organizations and audits of non-profit organizations.
