Rick has more than 20 years of experience as a human resources professional. He is skilled in areas such as training, recruitment, policy and procedures, job descriptions and handbooks.

As a senior human resources consultant, Rick provides one-on-one guidance and counsel, along with the ability to analyze and offer solutions to everyday HR challenges. 

Prior to joining Schenck, Rick worked as an independent business advisor. He also has more than 10 years of experience as a college-level instructor, and has worked in the field overseeing human resources needs for an organization’s Midwest region.
