Schenck’s Manitowoc office collects school supplies for lakeshore students

Schenck team members in the Manitowoc office pitched in to help local students sail into the new school year. The office held a school supply collection drive for KAN Cool for School, a Manitowoc-area not-for-profit organization that collects school supplies each year. Local team members Kelly Block, Marie Wagner, Shannon Bauer, Cristina Kanethavong and Melissa Bruechert volunteered to help set up and distribute the supplies to local families.

Another successful event

The KAN Cool for School event was held at Jefferson Elementary School in Manitowoc, and approximately 25 schools and nearly 1,000 students received supplies to use throughout the year. Forty volunteers helped with set up Friday morning and 65 volunteers assisted with distributing supplies on Saturday.
