What is LEAD HR Council?

Each LEAD (Learn, Engage And Develop) HR Council is a group of business professionals who come together for nine 3-hour sessions between September and May to learn from and engage with one another and develop their skills on human resources issues. Each session is facilitated by a member of Schenck's Human Resources Consulting team. Learn more at schencksc.com/lead-hr-council.

"I find Schenck’s LEAD HR Councils to be very beneficial. I appreciate the opportunity to get the perspective of other people in the HR field, and our discussions offer me new insight into issues I deal with on a regular basis. The discussions are group-led and often bring new ideas and solutions to light. Our facilitator has extensive knowledge of HR and makes the meetings interesting and fun."
