Jim began his career at Shinners, Hucovski and Company in 1982, prior to its merger with Schenck. He later served as chief financial officer for companies in the manufacturing and service industries. Jim joined Schenck in 2004 and became a shareholder in 2009. Today, Jim works with various companies in the manufacturing, retail and wholesale/distribution industries in Northeast Wisconsin. In addition to leading audit engagements, his experience includes tax planning for closely-held businesses and their owners, succession planning for family-owned businesses, and performing due diligence for acquisition opportunities. He draws upon his experience as a chief financial officer to better assist clients dealing with day-to-day issues, including cash flow analysis, budgeting and projections, cost/benefit analysis, and managing banking relationships.
