Kailee is a dedicated human resources professional who assists clients with day-to-day HR needs including recruitment, policy and handbook development, employee relations and general HR compliance. She is also skilled in compensation plan design and administration, market analysis and benefit administration.

As a member of Schenck’s Human Resources Consulting team, Kailee builds relationships with clients and advises businesses on a wide variety of human resources matters. She provides one-on-one guidance and counsel, along with the ability to analyze and offer solutions to everyday HR challenges. Kailee is also a certified facilitator of RightPath Behavioral Assessments, which allows her to help organizations successfully manage change through leadership development and team building.

Prior to joining Schenck, Kailee worked as a global compensation analyst for Bemis Company, Inc.
