Lisa has nearly 20 years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a variety of industries, including manufacturing. She advises senior leaders on strategy and aligns their vision, mission and goals to effectively execute plans that drive organizational success. Through her training and coaching, she enables people to adopt the skills and behaviors needed to manage change. Her focus on implementing continuous improvement, safety programs and process efficiencies has resulted in measurable results that have significant positive impact on both the team member and the bottom line. She is skilled in a number of targeted capacities, such as strategy deployment, value stream thinking and mapping, change management and problem solving.

As a certified exit planning advisor, Lisa helps privately held businesses develop strategies that address all aspects of a transition to maximize value now and in the future.

Prior to joining Schenck, Lisa served as a continuous improvement consultant for a community health system and held continuous improvement positions of increasing responsibility for a leading global manufacturer of health care and hygiene products. 


  • Initiated the combined Lean and Six Sigma methodology and curriculum into standard curriculum in 23 languages for 57,000 team members
  • Led a team in successfully deploying Lean across 26 facilities in North America and Europe, driving $150 million in cost savings
  • Managed a team responsible for driving culture change and developing strategy, systems and capabilities to achieve world class safety, resulting in a recordable rate of less than 1.0
